This project involved the complete interior renovation and change of use of an existing commercial space, converting it from a former dental office into the new North 44 Daycare. The scope of work included a major interior gut to allow for a fully reconfigured partition layout suited to daycare operations. Plumbing fixture locations were relocated to support the new layout, along with modifications to electrical systems and appliance locations. Fire separation assemblies were also updated to meet current code requirements and ensure occupant safety. Overall, the renovation modernized the space and aligned it with the functional, safety, and regulatory needs of a licensed daycare facility.
