Project Details

This transformation began with the complete demolition of an outdated wooden deck, making way for a custom-built, fully integrated outdoor living environment. Designed with both luxury and effortless entertaining in mind, the new multi-zone layout spans a covered high-end porch, an expansive open-air deck, and a resort-style pool patio overlooking the adjacent golf course fairway. Every inch of this estate was carefully crafted to balance modern aesthetic appeal with year-round functionality.

The Design Highlights

• The Covered Outdoor Living Room: Half of the deck is enclosed by a covered porch featuring a soaring wood tongue-and-groove ceiling with integrated skylights, recessed pot lights, and a ceiling fan.
• Four-Season Entertainment: Built specifically as a cozy fall sports lounge, the focal point is a grand stone feature wall equipped with an outdoor-rated TV and an integrated gas fireplace.
• Automated Insect & Climate Control: Motorized, vertical retractable screens surround the perimeter of the covered space at the touch of a button—creating a bug-free enclosure that retains heat during shoulder seasons.
• Open-Air Dining & Lounge: The uncovered portion of the deck transitions into a dedicated culinary and social hub, featuring a full outdoor kitchen (grill, sink, and beverage fridge), a large dining area, and a secondary lounge arranged around a circular gas fire pit.

Stepping down onto the lower rear lawn reveals a custom pool and sprawling patio area carefully positioned to maximize uninterrupted views of the neighboring golf course.

Discreet Utility & Functional Design

To keep primary entertaining zones looking pristine, raised vegetable gardens were custom-built along the side yard. This places them in full sun for optimal growing conditions while keeping them out of sight from guests.

Strategic architectural screening and custom landscape lighting are placed throughout the property, providing essential privacy from neighbors while offering warm, ambient accent lighting long after the sun goes down.
