You will be the eyes and ears on the job site to ensure that the work is being done correctly, per the agreed-upon scope, and in the scheduled time frame. We are looking for someone who has the skills required to lead multiple custom home, large home addition, and complex pool house projects annually, that are in the range $250k to $2.5mill in construction size each.
You will be building award-winning outdoor living spaces, while working hands-on and in collaboration with the Project Manager and Pre-Construction staff. Embedding a culture of craftsmanship, preparedness, and mentorship is critical to the success of the brand
